MTVLAN staff reserves the right to refuse entry, or asking you to leave without refund.

1. Everyone must register at the front desk and wear name tag at all times while inside the MTVLAN venue. Your name tag is your proof of payment

2. You are responsible for your equipment. MTVLAN is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

3. Respect the building and its facilities.

4. Smoking is not allowed within the MTVLAN venue.

5. No drugs, alcohol or weapons permitted. If found to posses these items you will be asked to leave immediately.

6. Cursing, Obscenity, and Pornography should be kept to a minimum.

7. No speakers will be allowed, headphones only. You won't be allowed in the door with speakers.

8. You may only plug in your computer and 1 monitor, due to power limitations. We will ask you to unplug unnecessary items.

9. Any damage you do to equipment owned, lent, or donated to MTVLAN organization will be your responsibility. Break it you buy it!

10. Only MTVLAN staff are allowed to handle networking and power distribution equipment. If you see a problem notify us. NO EXCEPTIONS!

11. No hacking, cracking, or intentional network interruption. If you do, you will be asked to leave.

12. No DHCP servers! We will asked you to disable it, or leave the event.

13. MTVLAN Staff has final say in all decisions! Argument will result in asking you to leave.

14. Don't do anything stupid, respect other people's belongings, and we will all get along.

 

These rules are not hard to follow, and are necessary to ensure a positive gaming experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
